Mark CastillettiI've been a fitness addict ever since I decided that I was going pursue running as a sport. For the past 10 years of my life track and field was all I knew. It wasn't until my freshman year of college that I really started to become fascinated with the human body and how to make it stronger and faster. Shortly after graduating from the University of Rhode Island I knew I wanted to help other people reach their goals. Whether you're an athlete looking to get faster and stronger or someone looking to lose weight for an upcoming event. It doesn't matter who you are. Because you all have one thing in common, and that is goal to get better. I believe that if you want to change your life than you should. Without worrying about everything in between. As long as your'e determined to step into the gym with me than I'll be there every step of the way to make sure we reach your goals.

My Experience
I started my career with a 2 month internship at the University of Rhode Island Strength & Conditioning department. There I was able to assist the head strength coach for football and basketball. I aided in looking over numerous athletes on a weekly basis. Helping them perfect their form, strength and speed.
Shortly after finishing out my internship I moved home to Long Island where I was hired at ML Strength. A company owned by the former MLB Team the NY Yankees strength coach Dana Cavalea. During my time there I learned multiple techniques on how to improve the human body's strength, speed, and flexibility.
Later on I moved into the more personal side of the business and joined NewYork Sports Club. There I learned the proper way to train with individuals one on one and small groups. I quickly fell in love with the more personable side of coaching.
Now a year later I'm here, starting a small business with similar outlooks, but with a tweak of my own.Training all ages for all different things. Anywhere from helping sports athlete develop quicker feet and more explosive steps before they head to college to helping someone do a pull-up. I believe that everyone could use a trainer, even me for that matter. What I bring to the table is a fun environment where I'll try and teach you something new each session.
